- 200 g of sliced smoked trout
- 2 teaspoons of Greek yogurt
- 1 sprig of dill
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1 baguette
- arugula
- salt
- pepper
Add chopped dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper to the Greek yoghurt. Mix well to obtain a smooth mixture. Cut the baguette into slices and toast. Put a teaspoon of sauce on each slice and arrange smoked trout leaves on top.
Put 2-3 rocket leaves on the trout and enjoy every bite. Enjoy!
